How we got here
Owner & Founder Ali Metzen is the Mama to 2 loving children, Josie & James. Celebrating their milestones was the inspiration behind our brand.
"I've loved planning & designing events and parties for as long as I can remember. I was fortunate to have a Mom whose purpose in life was not just protecting us and being our rock, but helping us to enjoy life, the good, the bad, celebrating the holidays, and celebrating everdays. From notes in my lunch box to surprised on the kitchen table, she loved a chance to watch our faces fill with joy. I've realized she's passed that down to me." - Ali
That passion turned purpose when Ali's son James was born & needed to have heart surgery at just 4 days old.
While in the hospital & waiting for James to heal, Ali & Andrew witnessed many children and families staying at Children's hospital, some with much more severe health issues, some who'd been there for months, and one child that was there on her own who was in foster care.
When returning home with James, a clear purpose drove Ali from dreaming to doing, and Josi James was born. With a massive vision, and a mission to deliver joy to every home, we are so grateful that we get to be here, make an impact and serve.
